Flexible Approach to Transactions
We address the goals of management and shareholders of our companies though a flexible approach to transactions. Our uses of capital include:
- Minority growth equity;
- Full or partial recapitalizations;
- Acquisition financings;
- Buyouts and other majority transactions;
- PIPEs and other public market transactions.
Transaction Size
We have the ability to invest significant amounts of capital ranging from $20 million to over $200 million. For larger transactions, we may seek to leverage our large base of limited partners, many of whom have the ability to make sizeable co-investments with TCV.
