Allison joined TCV in 2023 and focuses on investments in application software and fintech. Prior to TCV, Allison was an investor at Bain Capital Ventures, and started her career in management consulting at Bain & Company. Outside investing, Allison has operational experience spanning Series A through late-stage startups. While in business school, Allison joined the strategy and operations team at Stripe, where she helped develop Stripe’s product strategy to engage early-stage startups.
Interests
Allison grew up in Virginia and has since lived in New York, Boston, and San Francisco. She enjoys cooking, indoor cycling, and trying new restaurants.

Allison received her MBA from Harvard Business School, and graduated with a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, where she was a Jefferson Scholar.
