Scott joined TCV as an Associate in 2010, where he focuses on software and services transactions. Prior to TCV, he spent several years at BofA Merrill Lynch in its technology investment banking group. While at BofA Merrill Lynch, Scott worked on a collection of equity/debt financings as well as various M&A transactions.

Scott received a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
