Mark joined TCV in 2012 and spends time primarily in software, internet and business services.

Prior to TCV, Mark was an investor with TA Associates, a private equity firm. While at TA, Mark focused on sourcing, evaluating and executing investments across the consumer/retail, education, and business services sectors. Before TA, Mark was a consultant with Oliver Wyman, where he advised Fortune 100 companies in aviation, defense, pharmaceutical, and technology verticals. He has also worked for Sageview Capital, an alternative asset manager, and Wealthfront, an online financial advisor.

Mark received a B.A. and an M.A. - both in History - from Stanford University and an M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
