Neil joined TCV in 2011 and focuses primarily on investment opportunities in the internet sector.
Prior to TCV, Neil was Director of Strategic Development at LegalZoom.com, where he led corporate and business development in addition to financial planning initiatives. Prior to LegalZoom.com, Neil was an Associate at Polaris Venture Partners, where he focused on investment opportunities in digital media, e-commerce and software. Neil began his career in investment banking at Banc of America Securities in the Media and Telecommunications group. He has also spent time with Vestar Capital Partners and Brentwood Associates.
Neil received B.A. degrees, magna cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from Yale University, during which time he studied at The London School of Economics. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
