Background
Anthony joined TCV in 2021. He is responsible for advising and guiding deal teams through all phases of the investment lifecycle, including investments, portfolio matters and exits, and a variety of other legal and operational functions. Prior to joining TCV, Anthony was counsel in the private equity group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he advised investors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, growth equity investments and other strategic transactions. Prior to Weil, Anthony was an associate in the business and technology and private equity group at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP and before that, as counsel at Telerik, Inc. (acquired by Progress Software).
Interests
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys skiing, golf, hockey, biking, and enjoying spending time with his kids as they learn to love those passions (whether they want to or not!).
Education
Anthony earned his B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, and received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
