Background

Brian joined TCV in 2019 bringing more than 20 years of finance, accounting, and operational experience in industries including global asset management and technology. His responsibilities are rooted in financial functions, namely financial reporting, regulatory reporting, capital requirements, investor servicing, daily management of operations, and accounting matters, along with forward-looking financial planning and analysis. Before joining TCV, Brian was Managing Director and Director of Public Entity Operations at Sculptor Capital where he oversaw a variety of finance functions, including transitioning the firm from a private to a public entity, as well as multiple private and public financings. Brian’s experience in asset management began with the Investment Management segment at Morgan Stanley.

Interests

Professionally, Brian enjoys building results focused high-performance teams. Personally, he loves traveling to cheer on his three energy filled daughters at soccer and softball games.

Education

Brian received his B.S. with honors in Finance and Accounting from Rutgers Business School. He is a C.P.A. accredited in the State of Delaware.
