Background
Joe joined TCV in 2015 in the New York office, and focuses on investments in vertical-specific software and data services companies, including healthcare, financial services, education, and human resources, among other categories. He currently supports TCV’s investments in Aidoc, BenchSci, Humu, Kipu, OneSource Virtual, Syllable, Trulioo, and Watermark, and was actively involved with AxiomSL (sold to Thoma Bravo) and Tastyworks (acquired by IG Group).
From 2018-2019, Joe spent a year as Interim Head of FP&A at Watermark, while simultaneously completing his M.B.A. at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in the school’s Healthcare Management (“HCM”) program. Joe began his career as an investment banking analyst at Harris Williams & Co. in Boston where he advised clients on M&A and financing transactions in Harris Williams’ TMT Technology Group.
Joe currently sits on the board of directors at Kipu.
Interests
As a dutiful Boston native, Joe’s interests center around all things Boston sports. Joe also enjoys running, and, when he is hitting his driver well, golf.
Education
Joe received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in the school’s Healthcare Management program and his B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Babson College with concentrations in Finance and Economics.
