I love working with technology leaders to build something meaningful and impactful together.
Josh spends his time focused on later stage software investing in the U.S. as well as broader technology investing in Australia and New Zealand. He supports TCV’s investments in Act-On and SiteMinder and was also involved in the firm investments in Merkle (acquired by Dentsu) and Sitecore (acquired by EQT).
Prior to TCV, Josh was with Shea & Company, where he spent a couple of years in Boston before helping to establish their West Coast practice in San Francisco. While at Shea & Company, Josh worked on a variety of M&A and private financing transactions in the enterprise software sector. Josh started his career in technology investing and advisory with Summit Partners, where he was part of their technology, media, and telecommunications team in Boston.
Josh dabbled in entrepreneurship at a young age, starting his first business on eBay in his hometown of Shrewsbury, MA, when he was 12 years old. He enjoys craft beer, traveling the world with his wife, and is an aspiring amateur photographer.
Josh received his B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship at Babson College, where he worked for a semester as the school mascot (Let’s go, Beavers!).
