Background

Krista is a Customer Success operating executive and director with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling success solutions at the leading edge of a growing SaaS market. Her leadership contributed to the growth of Salesforce and Okta, two leading innovative, category-creating app and infrastructure businesses. An early employee at both, she spent 14 years at Salesforce in a variety of executive roles and six years at Okta as Chief Customer Officer.

Interests

Krista is a member of the Board Directors at Benchling and at a nonprofit, The Advocates, for Survivors of Domestic Abuse. She also serves as an advisor to Attentive, a TCV portfolio company, BetterCloud, and Gainsight.

Education

Krista earned her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Oregon. She currently resides in Hailey, Idaho, with her husband and two daughters.
