Krista is a Customer Success operating executive and director with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling success solutions at the leading edge of a growing SaaS market. Her leadership contributed to the growth of Salesforce and Okta, two leading innovative, category-creating app and infrastructure businesses. An early employee at both, she spent 14 years at Salesforce in a variety of executive roles and six years at Okta as Chief Customer Officer.
Krista is a member of the Board of Directors at Asana, Benchling, Trove and the nonprofit, The Advocates for Survivors of Domestic Abuse. She also serves as an advisor to Attentive, a TCV portfolio company, and BetterCloud.
Based in Sun Valley, Idaho, Krista loves spending time outdoors – skiing, hiking, and exploring the local mountains and lakes with her husband and two children, ages two and seven. She loves the adventure and exploration of travel and is looking forward to a time when her young children enjoy it as much as she does. When not outdoors or planning her next trip, you will find her poring over interior design magazines and hatching her next design project.
Krista earned her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Oregon.
