Michelle joined TCV in 2019 to stand up the Customer Success and Systems Center of Excellence within Portfolio Operations. She works with both investment professionals and management teams to identify and implement areas of value creation across Customer Support, Professional Services, and Customer Health.

Michelle brings more than 20 years of IT management, consulting, product development, operational optimization, and business analytics experience to TCV. She previously led full-scale operational transformation and system implementations for Vista Equity Partners and held positions at Citibank, NCR, and JDA.


Michelle’s love for solving puzzles is largely satisfied through her work. Her favorite way to spend free time is with her family at the beach, riding a boogie board. During the cooler months, Michelle enjoys exploring new places.
