Background
Nari originally joined TCV in 2006 and focuses on minority and majority control investments in the application software, industry-specific software, fintech/payments, healthcare IT, and tech-enabled services sectors. Prior to rejoining TCV, Nari served as a Managing Director at Sixth Street in their Tech Growth team from 2022 to 2025. During his tenure at TCV, Nari was involved with investments in Avalara, AxiomSL, EmbanetCompass, HireVue, Kipu Health, Merkle, Nerdy (NYSE: NRDY) (fka Varsity Tutors), OneSource Virtual, Payoneer (NASDAQ: PAYO), Perceptyx, and Watermark.
Interests
Nari loves eating, in particular trying new restaurants in cities he visits. When he’s not working (or eating), he is actively wrangling his 3 ungovernable but adorable young daughters.
